This coffee sugar exfoliating & conditioning scrub is AMAZING and UNIQUE for a variety of reasons! It is a natural exfoliant, but also helps to soften, heal and seal the skin when the exfoliating is over. What makes this products SPECIAL: One, I start with FRESH ROASTED coffee beans, and I grind them only when I am ready to make the scrub, so the smell is perfection and the anti-oxidants are in full force. Two, this is made with 100% safe and natural products, so safe that YOU CAN LITERALLY EAT IT. Now, this product is not for eating, but it's important to me, that the products are THAT safe and chemical free. Third, most scrubs, even if all natural, are made simply by adding an oil, usually an inexpensive one, like soybean to the exfoliating ingredients. Mine has not only a high quality Coconut Oil, which leaves your skin feeling conditioned, and not greasy, but I've also added the incredibly moisturizing and skin repairing Trio of Shea Nut, Mango & Cacao Butter. The Cacao butter contributes a scent of chocolate to the mix, which combines deliciously with the coffee, coconut & brown sugar. Fourth, I've added RAW agave syrup, which is a very healing and nurturing product that derives from Agave Plants and is also high in anti-oxidants. A teacher of mine once said, don't ever put anything on your skin, that you can't put into your mouth, and she is 100% right. I plan to formulate my products according to that philosophy.
